HALF ACRE BEER DINNER MENU
Daisy Cutter (5.2%)
Blended pine, citrus, papaya, and mango. Dank. Apparent biscuit, lingering, obscenely dry.
Ahi Tuna Tartare
ale chips, arugula aioli.
Pony Pils (5.5%)
Bright lager aromatics, noble spiciness, botanicals, juniper, sweet pilsner malt chewiness, light bodied, really dry finish.
Beet Cured Salmon Sashimi
frisée, parsley garlic puree, candied raspberries, brioche chip, horseradish oil, radish coins.
With With (4.5%)
Brewed with a spice blend that yields an herbaceous characteristic. Belgian yeast makes it light, fruity and spicy.
Braised Pork Shank
popcorn polenta, braised fennel, roasted root vegetables, cranberry gastrique.
Bekos Tropical Ale (5.0%)
Sessionable but with a new yeast that should yield a real tropical, juicy profile and massive dryhop of motueka and galaxy.
Braised Pork Belly
caramel cabbage, crispy Brussel leaves, potato au gratin, Camaro mole.
Chocolate Camaro (6.0%)
A chocolate milk stout brewed with nibs and lactose. Ample sweetness without tipping into the realm of candy.
Callebaut Chocolate Cake
chocolate coffee mousse, Oreo crumble, strawberry gel, crème anglaise.
Big Hugs Russian Imperial Stout (10%)
brewed with Dark Matter coffee; notes of chocolate, burnt caramel, coffee, and campfire.
