Community Fundraisers
Bottleneck Management strives to make every day a happy one. One way we do that is by supporting community groups like schools, sports teams, animal shelters and other nonprofits through our Chow Down for Charity program.
Chow Down for Charity makes fundraising easy. Just pick a date, gather your supporters at the restaurant, eat your favorite foods and your organization gets 20% of the event sales.
Some of the organizations we partner with:
– K–12 Schools (PTAs/PTOs, STEM Clubs)
– University Groups (Intramural Sports, College Radio)
– Youth Sports Teams (Little League, Soccer, etc.)
– Libraries and Community Centers
– Non-Profits (American Cancer Society, Animal Shelters)
– Food and Sustainable Agriculture Groups (Future Farmers, Community Gardens)
If your request falls into one of these categories (or one similar) and meets the following guidelines, please submit an application through the link below. If your request is approved, we will be in contact within 10 days.
• Fill out the application below to request the date and location for your event.
• Please have the organization’s Tax ID / Employer Identification Number (EIN) available.
• Once the form is submitted, we will contact you within one week.
• Please note we need at least four weeks notice in order to schedule your event. This is to give our restaurants time to prepare and you time to promote your fundraiser.
• When your request is approved, you will receive a custom flyer with a unique fundraiser code good for online orders.
• Promote your event using your customized flyer. You can hand these out at functions leading up to your event, email them to your database and post on social.
• Please note that flyers may not be distributed on or around the restaurant during the event.
• On the day of your fundraiser place an online order using your organization’s unique promo code or dine in and mention the fundraiser to your server.
• In order for purchases* to count towards your fundraiser, your supporters must either:
• Your organization will receive a check for 20% of the total sales from your supporters’ orders.
• The check will be mailed to the address in your application within 60 business days of your fundraiser.
*Orders placed for a different date/location than your scheduled event will not count towards your fundraiser
