A biscuity toasted malt aroma and a hint of oak and vanilla. Pale malts create a smooth malty middle with ribbons of caramel, English toffee and toasted oak.
Stouts & Porters
This classic, 6.5% abv Chocolate Peanut Butter Porter is filled with rich flavors and aromas of roasted malt, chocolate, and peanut butter that last from first sip to smooth, dry finish. One sip and you will exclaim the name!
Vanilla Porter in nitro version inspired from the classic. An ale that has all the chocolate and roasted nut flavor of a classic Porter, with an enigmatic surprise thrown in for good measure. This beer is an experience you will not duplicate in a can or a bottle…only when properly poured with nitrogen and CO2 blended gas.
Big surge of fruity aromatics and grapefruit-hoppy notes, the flavor of this complex, straw-colored ale tapers off to a peppery, dry finish.
The absolute top quality in the hierarchy of the St. Bernardus beers. It is also the beer with the highest alcohol content. A dark ivory coloured beer with a high fermentation.
During the fermentation of the first batch of this Abbey-style ale, the yeast «died» and was «resurrected» by brewer Chris Cashell. Made with five types of barley malt and lots of sugar, this beer is quite flavorful, without being too sweet.
