A small batch, limited release that has been aged in brandy barrels. The aging process gives this world-class beer added layers of complexity and flavor.

Brown Robust Porter made with Barriques coffee. Blending craft beer and coffee isn’t a new idea, but getting the desired result — a coffee brew that’s smooth and flavorful from the first sip to the last drop — has remained elusive.

Brewed with a traditional German Berlinerweiss—which Napolean’s men called the Champagne of the North—then tweaked with a homemade tea blend to impart a slight apricot hue and botanical aromatics.

Imperial Double IPA with rapadura (traditional Brazilian candy). Recipe featuring malt and hops, has citrus and passion fruit aromas. 9.5% Alcohol content. A very hoppy flavored beer, high alcohol content, reddish in color. Dry hopping, made with American hops and the adding of rapadura to the recipe make this beer a delicious balance of malt and citrus (passion fruit) flavors.
Brewed with heavy handed additions of Pacific Northwest hops, this beer is gently aged on French and American oak resulting in a wonderful balance of bitterness, caramel sweetness, vanilla, and undertones of pine and citrus.
Brewed with all Michigan-grown Cascade and Chinook hops this extra pale ale is light enough for a session.

This complex, double India Pale Ale has an intense citrus and floral hop aroma balanced by a velvety malt body which has been augmented with lactose milk sugar. With this different take on an IPA we have brewed an ale that is both pleasing to drink and, once again, “not normal.”
Malt beverage brewed with natural flavor with 15% aged in wine barrels and 15% aged in whiskey barrels
