At Bottleneck Management, we’ve always been about genuine people and genuine hospitality. As a restaurant group, we’ve always been focused on upholding top industry standards for guest service, cleanliness, food safety and the health and wellness of our employees and guests.
While we feel confident that we can provide a safe atmosphere with regular day-to-day business, Kegs & Eggs is a buffet-style event that presents challenges amidst the concerns around coronavirus (COVID-19). Therefore we’ve decided to cancel/postpone our Kegs & Eggs events, but will be open for regular business.
Adjustments we’ve made:
Old Town Pour House, Chicago:
- Open at 9am on Saturday, March 14th
- Regular business operations; full brunch menu and St. Pat’s food & beverage specials as planned
City Works, Pittsburgh:
- Open at 10am (regular hours) on Saturday, March 14th
- Regular business operations; full brunch menu and St. Pat’s food & beverage specials as planned
- We will not be staffing our patio
If either Chicago or Pittsburgh plan a future date for festivities, we will revisit these events at that time and let you know.
We are issuing full refunds and you’ll receive an email within the next 1-2 days to confirm your refund has been issued. It may take 7-10 days to process, so please be patient.
We genuinely apologize for any inconvenience. Please know that guest and employee safety is our priority now and always, and we are confident about the many measures we are taking to ensure you have a safe and comfortable environment to dine in during these challenging times.
