This is our Ol’ Faithful. No, it’s not a geothermal phenomenon. It’s the beer everybody, including professional beer judges, just seems to dig. Maybe they like how it’s smooth, medium-bodied, and semi-sweet, while not too heavy or bitter. Maybe it’s the amber color, or the blend of four imported malts balanced by two Germanic hops, or the fact that it takes five weeks to get right. Or maybe it’s all the above.
A delicate balance of spicy Czech hops and golden malt make Glass Castle flavorful, yet eminently drinkable. We use soft water, imported floor-malted barley, Saaz hops and traditional brewing techniques to give you a classic Bohemian Pilsener that is smooth yet flavorful.

Our flagship beer, Loose Cannon wins people over at first smell. The carefully cultivated interplay of Simcoe, Palisade, and Centennial creates a most fragrant IPA—its nose bursts with notes of grapefruit, herbs, and pine. Bitterness is somewhat subdued by the floral quality that pervades the taste. The color is burnished gold, and the mouthfeel is creamy. A strong malt backbone balances out the triple-hopped beer. Its nickname, Hop3, comes from the brewing process: our brewers hop Loose Cannon in the boil, the hopback, and the fermenter. It won a second place CAMRA award at the 2010 Great British Beer Festival.

'Hazy-O!' starts with literally truckloads of oats & wheat for a full body, then it’s liberally dry-hopped to deliver juicy tropical notes of citrus, mango and pineapple! But the real star is our secret ingredient: oats! This Hazy IPA uses 4 types of oats including: malted oats, providing cloudiness & mouthfeel; rolled oats, creating silky mouthfeel; naked oats, providing a subtle toasted and nutty flavor; and oat milk to amplify the haze and mouthfeel for a beer that is incredibly juicy & hop-forward while being smooth and refreshing! Hazy-O!’s silky soft, creamy mouthfeel makes it drink like a 5% ABV session sipper, even though it is a 7.1% ABV powerhouse!
Hop aromas blast ouf of this flavor explosion. Massively dry-hopped, with a balanced malt sweetness, this irresistible force showcases the power of bringing in the extra artillery. Hop cubed – then squared (hop to the sixth)! We’ve kept the same malt recipe proportions as Loose Cannon, pumped up to 22 Plato (from 16.5) and then doubled the hops. We employed the late addition-, whirlpool-, hopback-, and dry-hopping process that makes Loose Cannon such a flavorful IPA. We’ve captured the beautiful balance of Loose Cannon but we’ve doubled the firepower.

Once you’ve had a Raging Bitch, everything else pales in comparison. Brewer Ben Sheehan created this beer while working down at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station. Stone Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager’s inspiration comes from Southern California, which is vibrantly influenced by our neighbors to the South. California's spoiling, warm weather encourages outdoor activity year round - and now the rest of the nation can join in. From surfing our coasts, to snowboarding and biking in the mountains, off-roading through deserted lands, or boating and fishing in our lakes, Stone Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager is an excellent companion. It’s a thrillingly crisp, clean, refreshing Mexican-style lager that quenches thirsts, while gratifying taste buds via lime and sea salt.
Bock has a tan, dense head with a crystal-clear amber color and a sweet aroma with a subtle roasted maltiness on the nose. The taste is slightly sweet with notes of roasted nuts and caramel. Lightly hopped, this dark lager goes down smooth.
Samuel Adams Boston Lager® is the best example of the fundamental characteristics of a great beer, offering a full, rich flavor that is both balanced and complex. It is brewed using a decoration mash, a time consuming, traditional four vessel brewing process discarded by many contemporary brewers. This process brings forth a rich sweetness from the malt that makes it well worth the effort. Samuel Adams Boston Lager® also uses only the finest of ingredients including two row barley, as well as German Noble aroma hops. The exclusive use of two row barley not only imparts a full, smooth body but also gives the beer a wide spectrum of malt flavor ranging from slightly sweet to caramel to slightly roasted. The Noble hops varieties, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang Tettnanger, add a wide range of floral, piney and citrus notes, which are present from the aroma, through the flavor, to the lingering smooth finish. We take great pride in the Noble hops used in our beers. They are hand selected by Jim Koch and our other brewers from the world's oldest hops growing area. Among the world's most expensive, they cost twenty times as much as other hops.
This is beer that tastes like regular beer. For the times you want to drink regular beer.
Brewed with agave nectar and lime peel, it's the artisanal answer to the easy-drinking, south-of-the-border light lagers.

Native to the Basque region of Spain, the game of Jai Alai involves players launching a ball from a curved mitt called a cesta in an attempt to outsmart and outmaneuver their opponents on a court called a fronton. Native to Tampa, Florida, Jai Alai IPA is a bold, citrusy and balanced India Pale Ale that involves six different hop varietals used generously in a 7.5% ABV beer. While the number of frontons in our home state of Florida has dropped since the sport’s peak in the mid-1980s, Cigar City Brewing pays homage to the sport and the dedicated players and patrons who keep this Florida tradition alive with its flagship ale. Look for notes of orange peel, clementine, and light caramel to share the story and sunshine of Florida with beer lovers across the globe.

This is our unique version of an ancient style. A style as old as the ocean trade routes of the last centuries of Great Ships. Not as old as the equator they had to cross twice enroute, nor as old as the 10,000 miles or so of Di-Hydrogen Oxide and Sodium upon which they sailed, but older than the Circulithium-4 Lentoid that binds the Lupulin Quartnate onto your taste buds. Weird. IPA has loads of “C” Hops balanced on a bed of fine English Crystal, Caramel & Munich Malts. Designed to pair well with food and pretty much everything else!

This is a rosé - and a gose - by any other name. Goses are Red is a stylish match of a funky, crisp and tart gose with the soft sweetness of a rosé wine. The refreshing wheat-based beer begins with some of the qualities you’d expect from a gose, including coriander spicing and a light saltiness to complement the tartness imparted by our house cultures. But the story doesn’t end there - it builds in complexity, thanks to time spent in an oak foeder and the addition of grapes, which impart a refreshing rosé character and color. It’s a charming interpretation that says all the right things, but it’s not as sweet as you.

Perfectly balanced with a malt backbone and combined with the signature fruity aromas of Bell's house yeast, this beer is remarkably drinkable and well suited for adventures everywhere.
Space Dust is out of this world, with 62 IBU, and 8.2% ABV. This citrus-forward IPA balances bitterness with a sweetness of hop flavors. Grapefruit, mango, and orange aromas with a medium body and a dry finish. (p.s. It's a hop, not an artichoke!)
Optimizing the flavor of fresh raspberries, Rübæus is the perfect blend of sweet, tart and refreshing.
Ace Pineapple is the world's original Pineapple cider. While on vacation in Hawaii, we tried adding fresh pineapple juice to our apple cider and it resulted in this delicious tropical libation!
