Cold Time is a clean, flavorful Premium Lager brewed for the moment we can reward ourselves with an ice-cold beer. Made with pure water from the Great Lakes, Midwest two-row barley, Mexican lager yeast, and a touch of German hops before it's brewed low & slow, then mellowed in our tanks for four weeks. This beautifully copper colored Amber Lager received a Gold Medal at the 2023 World Beer Cup. The Saaz hops that were used give this brew a slightly spicy sweet flavor with toasted bread aromas.
Mozart played full-volume in the brewhouse as the Dovetail Vienna Lager was born. Copper in color, with a warm, malty character, it is brewed with 100% Vienna Malt and Styrian Golding Hops.

A well-rounded, Highly drinkable India Pale Ale. A bit of Caramel Malt barley provides the richness that mellows out the twang of the hops, including Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and a splash of honorary “C” hop, Simcoe.
Dry-hopped with the gold standard combo of Mosaic and Citra, and an extra oomph of Idaho 7, Ambigram delivers a strong orange and tangerine aroma. Although no actual fruit went into this beer, the brewing method gives it a juicy character. It's got just the right amount of sweetness, while still reminding you that it is in fact an IPA.

In 1842, at our brewery in Plzeň, brewer Josef Groll introduced the world to the first golden ‘pilsner’ lager, and changed beer forever. His invention soon became the most popular style of beer on the planet. We’ve brewed Pilsner Urquell in the same brewery using the same recipe for over 175 years. Today, we still insist on using traditional methods, like triple decoction and parallel brewing in wooden lagering barrels. It takes longer but means we never compromise on our taste. Pilsner Urquell’s signature flavour balances sweetness from the triple-decocted malt, and bitterness from our Saaz hops. The thick head of dense wet foam adds smoothness and seals in flavour and aroma. In every sip of Pilsner Urquell you’ll notice a refreshing crispness from natural carbonation, then subtle caramel tones and a clean finish with a pleasing hoppy bitterness.

Krombacher Pils - A pearl of nature. Situated in beautiful natural surroundings, the pure Felsquellwasser® (mountain spring water) provides the essence of purity that is captured in the unmistakable taste adventure that Krombacher Pils brings us. The taste of our beer is quite decisively characterised by the water it is brewed with. With Krombacher Pils you enjoy a distinctive, finely bitter taste and a full-flavoured aroma – this is a genuine premium pilsner beer with an alcohol content of 4.8 %. Our modern production processes enhance the traditional recipe whilst complimenting the natural products that have been used for generations to create the unique brew that is Krombacher Pils. "Every 10th Pils consumed in Germany comes from Krombach. In Germany each second 60 glasses (0,2l) of Krombacher Pils are enjoyed."
This version of Boston Lager®, produced until January 2023, was superseded by Boston Lager® Remastered. Samuel Adams Boston Lager® is the best example of the fundamental characteristics of a great beer, offering a full, rich flavor that is both balanced and complex. It is brewed using a decoration mash, a time consuming, traditional four vessel brewing process discarded by many contemporary brewers. This process brings forth a rich sweetness from the malt that makes it well worth the effort. Samuel Adams Boston Lager® also uses only the finest of ingredients including two row barley, as well as German Noble aroma hops. The exclusive use of two row barley not only imparts a full, smooth body but also gives the beer a wide spectrum of malt flavor ranging from slightly sweet to caramel to slightly roasted. The Noble hops varieties, Hallertau Mittelfruh and Tettnang Tettnanger, add a wide range of floral, piney and citrus notes, which are present from the aroma, through the flavor, to the lingering smooth finish. We take great pride in the Noble hops used in our beers. They are hand selected by Jim Koch and our other brewers from the world's oldest hops growing area. Among the world's most expensive, they cost twenty times as much as other hops.

Like the dragon at the top of the city, Gulden Draak has been one of the world's best beers for years. It is a dark tripel, which in itself makes it an exceptional beer, but the complex taste with notes of caramel, roasted malt and coffee makes it unique. For the secondary fermentation use is made of a wine yeast that determines the unparalleled taste and that ensures the long-term taste evolution (= living beer). Space Dust is out of this world, with 62 IBU, and 8.2% ABV. This citrus-forward IPA balances bitterness with a sweetness of hop flavors. Grapefruit, mango, and orange aromas with a medium body and a dry finish. (p.s. It's a hop, not an artichoke!)
It's chocolate brown in color with a creamy texture. A malty beer with just enough hop presence to keep it from being too sweet. The aroma mostly comes from the malt with a hint of spice added by the hops. Moose Drool is brewed with pale, caramel, chocolate, and whole black malts; and Kent Goldings, Liberty, and Willamette hops. It has an original gravity of 13 degrees Plato, and is 4.2% alcohol by weight, 5.3% by volume.

Irish/American style Red Ale. The name is reference to the often played combination of Grateful Dead song’s Scarlet Begonias and Fire on the Mountain. This beer features a great balance of malt sweetness from caramel malt and subtle toasty notes from roasted barley. Brewed with American Ale yeast, and East Kent Golding hops, it pays tribute to its heritage as an Irish Red Ale.
Rich flavors of chocolate, vanilla and strawberry are balanced out in the smooth characteristics of this creamy milk stout. Seasonal release annually November 1st.

When you brew as much as we do, sometimes we get tired of telling the yeast what to do. For Apex Predator Farmhouse Ale, we pitch the yeast cold, turn off the temperature control, and let the yeast do its thing. To our delight, it spat out the sweet scent of juicy fruit wafting from a frothy, white mane. Brewed only with grain and sugar unencumbered by the heat of the kiln, we create a hazy, golden body. Apex Predator gets its teeth from a generous Crystal dry-hopping that completes the dry finish with a fruity bite. Pounce on the opportunity to let it part your lips and you may find yourself at the top of the food chain.
